About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for your move — the terms of any actual moving job are set out in the written estimate and moving paperwork you sign with us before work begins. If the two ever disagree, the signed paperwork wins.
Estimates
Anything quoted on this website, by phone, or by email is an estimate based on what you have told us. A final price depends on what is actually being moved, how far it travels, how long it takes, and access at both ends. If something changes on the day that affects the price, we will tell you before we do the work — not afterwards on the invoice.
Information on this site
We keep this site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors, and service details can change. Nothing here is a binding offer on its own.
What we do not move
There are things we cannot legally or safely transport, including hazardous materials, flammable and corrosive items, and certain perishables. We will go through this with you when we scope your move. We also recommend you carry cash, jewellery, medication and important documents yourself.
Liability
Just-In-Time Moving is licensed and insured. The cover that applies to your goods, and any limits on it, is set out in the moving paperwork you sign. Please read it, and ask us about it if anything is unclear — we would much rather answer the question up front.
